Who you'd be working with
I'm Travis Puckett. For the past eight years I've designed and secured IT infrastructure in the Microsoft ecosystem — Microsoft 365, Azure, and the identity layer that ties them together. Digital Shape is my independent practice, based in Tampa and working remotely.
I work with organizations of every size. A small business standing up its first tenant and a large one untangling fifteen years of accumulated configuration are different problems, but they fail for the same reasons: identity that was never designed, security bolted on after the fact, and documentation nobody kept.
You work with me directly — there's no bench of junior consultants behind the engagement. I scope tightly, say so when something isn't worth doing, and leave behind documentation your team can actually maintain after I'm gone.
